"Day of" Coordination
Wedding Ceremony Our professional Coordinator's specialize in planning a wedding ceremony that fits your personality and style. We will work with you to plan the seating of the family, the processional, and the recessional. At the Rehearsal we'll assume whatever role is needed - from full facilitation to assisting the Officiate. Then we'll be there the day of the wedding to ensure everything flows smoothly. |

"Day of" Coordination Wedding & Reception The same specialized support included in the Wedding Ceremony Package, but the support continues throughout the Reception, until the vendor tear-down has been completed. Whether your ceremony & reception are at the same venue, or at separate locations. With all the emotions and excitement, how will you every remember all the details you so carefully planned out? The answer is simple, you won't. Let our professional Coordinator take care of those details for you. |

"Day of" Coordination Extended Pre-Wedding Support This package will be beneficial in instances where the Venue provides staff to direct the event. Our Coordinator will carefully review the Venue Agreement and provide advice on additional services needed to create the vision for the event, plus advice regarding the types of information needed from each vendor type. Then we'll work with the venue staff the day of the event, to supervise the set-up of both the ceremony and reception sites, and ensure that plans are in place for the tear-down of the event. |
