| The Reception Hall is beautifully decorated and ready for your special celebration. Tables decorated with linen tableclothes and beautiful hurricane candle centerpieces make this a warm and romantic setting. Choose accent colors of linens to reflect your individual style. A Bose sound system is available for background music or dancing. A professional Wedding Coordinator is available to assist with your needs. Your family and friends can relax and enjoy the day as a professional Wait Staff is available for cutting the cakes, clearing used dishes, as well as handling all of the cleanup. Most of our Wedding Coordinators and Wait Staff have assisted with hundreds of events. They are trained to create an atmosphere that goes beyond our Customer's expectations.
Our Packages also include, crystal Champagne Flutes for the Bride and Groom. Decorative glass plates for serving cake, forks, decorative serving utensils, colored cocktail napkins, our special punch, plus a choice between iced tea or coffee.
Our couples are welcome to use the Caterer of their choice or Self Cater. All food must be fully cooked, and in chafing dishes or trays ready to be displayed, buffet style. We will provide a beautifully decorated table to display your food. If you choose to Self Cater, we will even provide assistance with setting up the food, replenishing trays, and boxing up any left overs. However, our package does not include plates, flatware, napkins, or glasses for any food or drinks brought in.

Wedding Coordination Our professional Wedding Coordinator will be there for you throughout your event. We are willing to play whatever role you need. We will be there to assist your DJ or Facilitator, and if needed, we are ready to take charge of the entire reception. We try hard to ensure your celebration is everything you want it to be. Here's a sample of the traditional ceremonies we will assist with: Announce the Bride & Groom into the reception hall, Toasting of the Bride & Groom, the Cake Cutting ceremony, Special Dances such as the "first dance", "father daughter dance", mother son dance", the Bouquet & Garter Toss, and last but not least, the Exit of the happy couple. Please keep in mind that our Wedding Coordinator's are not professional DJ's or Announcers. Our CD player and wireless microphone are of good quality, but not professional grade equipment. If you expect Professional results, you should consider hiring a Professional. We will gladly assist with recommendations. |

Personal Style As you can see from the photo's, each group is able to reflect their unique, personal style. With lots of choices of accent colors, we do our best to listen to each couple and setup the reception hall to create the atmosphere they have dreamed of. Catering Outside caterers are welcomed or feel free to self cater. We do ask that you have your caterer available to setup the food table, be there throughout the event to serve & replenish food trays, and box up left overs at the end of the event. We will provide a beautifully decorated table for food and beverages. All food must be fully cooked, in chafing dishes or trays ready to be displayed on the food table. Only minimal access to our kitchen is allowed. We will gladly provide you with referral information for caterers that we work with on a regular basis. Prices beginning as low as $6 per person, but average $8 to $12 per person. For those choosing to self cater, we will gladly assist with setting up the food table, serving, and boxing up left overs. However, we do not provide plates, flatware, napkins, or glasses for any food or beverages brought in. |
