Pricing & Packages
We offer a wide range of packages ranging from an "Elopement Package" to assist our couples wanting a very small, intimate ceremony, to our "Full Wedding & Reception Package" that includes almost everything needed for a romantic ceremony & reception.
Elopement Package - 1 Hour $375
The Elopement Package is recommended for couples wanting a very informal, intimate ceremony with possibly 1 attendant each and allows for a maximum of 20 people. The entire group should come dressed and ready to walk down the aisle as it does not include access our dressing rooms. The package allows time for a short ceremony and a few pictures. It is offered Monday through Thursday - a weekend may be allowed based upon availability 4 weeks prior to the date. The following items are included:
- One (1) Hour access to our Beautifully Decorated Chapel.
- Use of our Piano or CD Stereo System.
- Use of Specialty Items such as Unity Candles, Silk Bouquets, and Boutonniere's.
- Our Representative will Light all the Candles throughout the Chapel.
- Ringing of the Chapel Bell after the Ceremony.
Wedding Ceremony Package - 2 Hours
Friday, Saturday, & Sunday $700
Monday through Thursday $500
Rehearsal - 45 minutes $100
The Wedding Ceremony Package is perfect for couples planning a more traditional ceremony for up to 100 guests. It includes full Wedding Coordination support and access to our comfortable dressing rooms. Here is a list of items included in the package:
- Two (2) hours access to our Beautifully Decorated Chapel & Facility.
- Use of our Piano or CD Stereo System.
- Customized Programs for the Guests.
- Full Wedding Coordination assistance for planning your event, during your rehearsal, and the day of your wedding. Support will range from "take charge" to providing additional assistance, depending upon the level of need.
- Comfortable Dressing Rooms.
- Use of Specialty Items such as Ring Bearer Pillows, Flower Girl Baskets, Silk Petals, Unity Candles, etc.
- A Wedding Assistant to light the Candles inside the Chapel, and assist with Minor Decorating.
- Ringing of the Chapel Bell after the Ceremony.
- A 45 minute Rehearsal is available for an additional $100. May be scheduled anytime prior, typically Friday evening to accommodate out of town guests, subject to availability.
Full Wedding & Reception Package - 4 Hours
Pricing Based Upon Number of Guests as follows:
up to 50 Guests - $2,100, up to 75 Guests - $2,250, up to 100 Guests - $2,400
The Full Wedding & Reception Package is a perfect option for couples needing a Wedding & Reception facility that is fully decorated, with a package that includes many of the details. We take most of the stress out of planning your event. Here's a list of items included in the package:
- Four (4) hours access to our Beautifully decorated Chapel & Reception Hall facility the day of your event.
- Full Wedding Coordination assistance for planning your entire event. We are there for you during the planning process, during the Rehearsal, during the Ceremony, and during the Reception assuming whatever role is needed. Whether you need us to "take charge" or assist others.
- Use of our Piano, CD Stereo Systems, and Wireless Microphone.
- Customized Ceremony Programs for the guests.
- Use of Specialty Items such as Ring Bearer Pillows, Flower Girl Baskets, Unity Candles & Holders, etc.
- Comfortable Dressing Rooms.
- A Wedding Assistant to light Candles throughout the Chapel & assist with Minor Decorating.
- Ringing of the Chapel Bell after the Ceremony.
- All Tables & Chairs inside the Reception Hall, including linen Tablecloths, and Hurricane Candle Centerpieces.
- Decorated Tables for the Cakes, Beverages, Food, and Gifts.
- A Professional Wait Staff to cut & serve the cakes, clear used dishes, and handle all the clean up.
- Both the Bride & Groom's cake provided by Candy Haven of Denton. Including fresh Flowers for the Bride's cake and Chocolate Covered Strawberries for the Groom's cake. Each couple completes a full cake tasting with Candy Haven to pick flavors, & style of cakes.
- Our Special Punch, Fresh Brewed Coffee, Deluxe Mints, and Mixed Nuts.
- Decorative Glass Plates, Glass Punch Cups & Coffee Mugs, Forks, and Colored Napkins for serving the cake and refreshments that are provided by Special Moments.
- Crystal Toasting Flutes for the Bride & Groom, Decorative Cake Cutting Utensils, or bring your own.
- The Wait Staff is available to assist with the Toast. We will cork the bottles, provide acrylic toasting glasses for the guests, and serve the first glass.
- Rehearsal - a One Hour and 15 Minute Rehearsal is included. Scheduled anytime prior to the event, typically Friday Evenings to accommodate out of town guests that may be in the Wedding Party.
- It is recommended that evening events add additional time to their package if they are serving food & alcohol and want plenty of time for dancing. The rate is $150 per 1/2 hour or $500 for 2 hours.
Reception Only Package - 3 Hours
Pricing Based upon Number of Guests as Follows:
up to 50 Guests - $1,400, up to 75 Guests - $1,550, up to 100 Guests - $1,700
The Reception Only Package is perfect for a Wedding, Anniversary, or any type of Special Occasion. The package includes everything listed above in the Full Wedding & Reception Package except for the items relating to the Ceremony and use of the Chapel.
There is a 20% Additional Charge to all Packages for a Holiday or Holiday Weekend..
