Pricing & Packages
We offer a wide variety of packages ranging from an "Elopement Package" to assist our couples wanting a very small, intimate ceremony, to our "Full Wedding & Reception Package" that includes almost everything needed for a romantic ceremony & reception.

Elopement Package
1 Hour Access to Chapel - $375 or 1-1/2 Hours Access to Chapel - $425
The Elopement Package is recommended for couples wanting a very informal, intimate ceremony with possibly 1 attendant each and allows for a maximum of 20 people. The entire group should come dressed and ready to walk down the aisle as it does not include access our dressing rooms. The package allows time for a short ceremony and a few pictures. It is offered Monday through Thursday - a weekend may be allowed based upon availability 4 weeks prior to the date. The following items are included:
- Use of our Piano or CD Stereo System.
- Use of Specialty Items such as Unity Candles, Silk Bouquets, and Boutonniere's.
- Our Representative will Light all the Candles throughout the Chapel.
- Ringing of the Chapel Bell after the Ceremony.
Wedding Ceremony Package
2 Hour Package - with access to facility 30 minutes prior to the ceremony - $750
2-1/2 Hour package - with access to facility 1 hour prior to the ceremony - $850
Monday through Thursday deduct $100
The Wedding Ceremony Package is perfect for couples planning a more traditional ceremony for up to 100 guests. It includes Wedding Coordination support and access to our comfortable dressing rooms. Here is a list of all items included in the package:
- Access to our Beautifully Decorated Chapel & Facility.
- Use of our Piano or CD Stereo System.
- Customized Programs for the Guests.
- Wedding Planning & Coordination Support
- Comfortable Dressing Rooms.
- Use of Specialty Items such as Ring Bearer Pillows, Flower Girl Baskets, Silk Petals, Unity Candles, etc.
- A Wedding Assistant to light the Candles throughout the Chapel, and assist with Minor Decorating.
- Ringing of the Chapel Bell after the Ceremony.
Full Wedding & Reception Package
4-Hour Access to the Facility:
up to 50 Guests - $2,300, up to 75 Guests - $2,500, up to 100 Guests - $2,700
5-Hour Access to the Facility - Saturday Evening after 5:00 PM:
up to 50 Guests - $2,800, up to 75 Guests - $3,000, up to 100 Guests - $3,200
Monday through Thursday deduct $200
The Full Wedding & Reception Package is a perfect option for couples needing a Wedding & Reception facility that is fully decorated, and a package that includes many of the details. We take most of the stress out of planning your event. Here's a list of items included in the package:
- Wedding Planning & Coordination Support.
- Use of our Piano, CD Stereo Systems, and Wireless Microphone.
- Customized Programs of the Ceremony for the Guests.
- Use of Specialty Items such as Ring Bearer Pillows, Flower Girl Baskets, Unity Candles & Holders, etc.
- Comfortable Dressing Rooms.
- A Wedding Assistant to light Candles throughout the Chapel & assist with Minor Decorating.
- Ringing of the Chapel Bell after the Ceremony.
- All Tables & Chairs inside the Reception Hall, including linen Tablecloths, and Hurricane Candle Centerpieces.
- Decorated Tables for the Cakes, Beverages, Food, and Gifts.
- A Professional Wait Staff to cut & serve the cakes (buffet style), clear used dishes, and handle all the clean up.
- Both the Bride & Groom's cake designed by Candy Haven of Denton. Including fresh Flowers for the Bride's cake and Chocolate Covered Strawberries for the Groom's cake.
- Our Special Punch, and a choice between Fresh Brewed Coffee or Iced Tea.
- Decorative Glass Plates, Glass Punch Cups & Coffee Mugs, Forks, and Colored Napkins for serving the cake and refreshments that are provided by Special Moments.
- Crystal Toasting Flutes for the Bride & Groom, Decorative Cake Cutting Utensils, or bring your own.
- The Wait Staff is available to assist with the Toast. We will cork the bottles, provide acrylic toasting glasses for the guests, and serve the first glass.
Rehearsals
Scheduled anytime prior to the event subject to availability, typically Friday Evenings
45 Minutes - $100
1 Hour & 15 Minutes, recommended for wedding parties larger than 8 - $150
Reception Only Package
3-1/2 Hour Access to the Facility:
up to 50 Guests - $1,500, up to 75 Guests - $1,700, up to 100 Guests - $1,900
4-Hour Access to the Facility - Saturday Evening after 5:00 PM:
up to 50 Guests - $1,650, up to 75 Guests - $1,850, up to 100 Guests - $2,050
Both options allows for 1 hour of setup time.
Monday through Thursday deduct $200 The Reception Only Package is perfect for a Wedding Reception, Anniversary, or any type of Special Occasion. The package includes everything listed above in the Full Wedding & Reception Package except for the items relating to the Wedding Ceremony and use of the Chapel.
There is a 20% Additional Charge to all Packages for a Holiday or Holiday Weekend..
